We had DBC announce that they were carrying out an inspection last week of our kitchen and food standards. We were warned that there were outstanding issues which if not resolved by the next day would result in us receiving the lowest rating of 1. Thanks to all the people who rallied around to complete the online forms and then embark on a major kitchen clean up which started at 5am and had to be completed by the deadline of 10am for the inspection. They performed a fantastic job and the inspection has now awarded us the maximum 5 point rating. Well done team!
